Prepare Responsive Document: Customer input including Plaintiff pleading (upload PDF/DOCX) guides service date + method (calculates deadlines), jurisdiction + department rules (module), defendant posture, answer vs demurrer vs MTS vs combo, known defenses (affirmative defenses library) and come with responsive answer pack and demurrer pack + Motion to strike (targeted paragraphs/prayer) and meet-and-confer letter and proposed order are auto-generated.
Prepare Discovery Document: Customer inputs generate procedural key discovery pack. Its outputs (end-to-end discovery suite) is the discovery plan and discovery sets, consisting of ROG (targeted), RPD (document categories aligned to issues), and RFA (lock-in admissions for MSJ/MSA). Motion to compel pack is optional based on the development of the case.
